• Booking the time and date of your wedding
• Confirmation in writing – detailing your exact wedding date and time (you do not have to wait until you arrive in resort)
• Complete and accurate care of all legal documentation which will be checked before arrival in Cyprus
• Personal meeting at your accommodation the day after arrival to finalise your wedding plans and to double check your paperwork prior to application appointment
• Pre-booked appointment at the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence
• Pre-booked appointment with relevant church officials – if applicable
• Assistance of your wedding co-ordinator at the Town Hall to present your documents
• All appointment times will be emailed to you prior to arrival for your reassurance
• One car – pre-booked and return – to pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the Town Hall accompanied by your wedding co-ordinator.  All Wedding Licence applications must be made in person at the Town Hall.
• We normally do try to arrange, if required, guest flowers, hair and beauty, extra guest transport and reception venue before your arrival to give you peace of mind – however if we haven’t already done so, we will do this upon meeting you at your accommodation
• Drop bouquet of roses and lilies for Bride – or Bride’s choice of flowers and colour theme
• Rose or Lily Buttonhole for Groom to match
• 2 round matching bouquets for Bridesmaids to match
• 6 matching buttonholes
• One decorated Bridal Car – from your accommodation to the wedding and return to accommodation/reception venue
• One Car for Groom and Best Man to the wedding and return with Bridesmaids or Parents
• One Minibus for 20 people – to pick up from accommodation, take guests to the wedding and return to accommodation or reception venue (Minibus can be upgraded to a 55-seater coach for larger parties if needed, difference in charge applicable)
• Two-tier wedding cake in your choice of design with matching fresh flowers cake topper
• One matching floral arrangement for the table
• 1 Bottle of local champagne for Toast to the Bride and Groom
• Hair Trial plus Bridal hair and Make-up on the wedding day for the Bride
• Co-ordination of all guest transport
• 55 photos, 15cmx20cm, proofs review, photos in wedding album, CD of the 55 photos chosen including a photo release letter.   Photographer will welcome you at the wedding venue to take pictures of the Groom and guests arriving, will capture the Bride’s arrival and entrance into the wedding, photos throughout the wedding and group photos afterwards including any requested shots, he will return to the hotel/reception venue with you and take pictures of the traditional cutting of the cake and toast to the Bride and Groom.
• DVD of your wedding Plus one free copy
• The presence of your wedding planner at your accommodation before the wedding – wherever the Bride is, that’s where we’ll be!
• The presence of your wedding planner throughout your wedding and back to your hotel or reception venue for the ‘Toast’ and ‘Cutting of the Cake’

Package Cost €2149 plus the photography/DVD (including free copy) totalling €2989.  You are of course able to amend or upgrade your photography – just add the difference to your chosen package, see Cyprus Wedding Photography.  Your exact wedding date and time will be confirmed normally within 24-48 hours.

If you do not need the transport it can be deducted or replaced.

The Marriage Licence fee of Euro282 is set by the Cyprus Government and is not included in any of our packages.  Paid directly to the Town Hall when you arrive.
