All Catholic Church Ceremonies must take place in a Church or Chapel and must be preceded by a civil ceremony along with relevant fee of €282 payable to the Town Hall. | ||
Venue hire is payable directly to the Country House for exclusive use of venue. | ||
No deposit required but the Catholic Church reserve the right to cancel a wedding if the correct paperwork does not reach them in time. |
The required paperwork is the same as for a civil wedding, plus additional procedures – please contact us for full advice.
You may also be required to attend a pre-marital course and your Priest should include a letter or certificate that you have done such a course in your marriage papers.
Completed paperwork should reach the Catholic Church in Cyprus at least 2 months prior to the wedding. Failure to supply the relevant information will lead to the wedding being cancelled.
