Your Gold Package includes the following – please feel free to send your floral bouquets and cake ideas:

• Booking the time and date of your wedding
• Confirmation in writing – detailing your exact wedding date and time (you do not have to wait until you arrive in resort)
• Complete and accurate care of all legal documentation which will be checked before arrival in Cyprus
• Personal meeting at your accommodation the day after arrival to finalise your wedding plans and to double check your paperwork prior to application appointment
• Pre-booked appointment at the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence
• Assistance of your wedding co-ordinator at the Town Hall to present your documents
• All appointment times will be emailed to you prior to arrival for your reassurance
• One car – pre-booked and return – to pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the Town Hall accompanied by your wedding planner.  All Wedding Licence applications must be made in person at the Town Hall.
• We normally do try to arrange, if required, guest flowers, hair and beauty, guest transport and reception venue before your arrival to give you peace of mind – however if we haven’t already done so, we will do this upon meeting you at your accommodation
• Round bouquet of roses for the Bride – or Bride’s choice of flowers and colour theme
• Buttonhole for the Groom in matching colour theme
• 2 Posies for Bridesmaids in matching flowers and colour theme
• Buttonhole for Best Man in matching flower and colour theme
• 4 Buttonholes for Parents and witnesses in matching flowers and colour theme
• One decorated Bridal Car – from your accommodation to the wedding and return to accommodation/reception venue
• One Car for Groom and Best man to travel to the wedding one way
• 2-tier wedding cake in your choice of design with matching fresh flowers cake topper
• One bottle local champagne
• 35 photos, 15cmx20cm, proofs review, photos in wedding album, CD of the 35 photos chosen including a photo release letter. Photographer will welcome you at the wedding venue to take pictures of the Groom and guests arriving, will capture the Bride’s arrival and entrance into the wedding, photos throughout the wedding and group photos afterwards including any requested shots, he will return to the hotel/reception venue with you and take pictures of the traditional cutting of the cake and toast to the Bride and Groom.
• Co-ordination of all guest transport if applicable
• The presence of your wedding planner at your accommodation before the wedding – wherever the Bride is, that’s where we’ll be!
• The presence of your wedding planner throughout your wedding and back to your hotel or reception venue throughout your ‘Toast’ and ‘Cutting of the Cake’

Package Cost €1479 plus the photography totalling €1869.  You are of course able to amend or upgrade your photography – just add the difference to your chosen package, see Cyprus Wedding Photography.  Your exact wedding date and time will be confirmed normally within 24-48 hours.

Please feel free to send us your ideas for your flowers and cake and we’ll do our best to make it for you!

If you do not need the transport it can be deducted or replaced with perhaps Bridal Hair and Make-up.

The Marriage Licence fee of Euro282 is set by the Cyprus Government and is not included in any of our packages.  Paid directly to the Town Hall when you arrive.
